Stonerr was born and raised in Jackson, MS. As a child, he allowed the influences from Old School R&B, his family, and the love of a childhood neighborhood called The Queens to develop his signature sound. Representing the heart of the ghetto and bringing his trials and tribulations into his music, he continues to deliver hit after hit. His rare melody flows through each song and expresses who Stonerr is as both the artist and an individual. Stonerr created his music to be able to engage different audiences in hopes that everyone can find a musical selection to enjoy. It’s a reason why his fans call him the ”Heart of the Ghetto”.
